At M27 Junction 8 (signposted Southampton East), turn onto the A3024
(signposted Southampton) and up to Windhover Roundabout.

Take the second exit off the roundabout onto the A3025
(signposted Hamble) and past the Tesco Superstore on the left.

Go straight ahead at each of the two mini-roundabouts
and continue down Hamble Lane.

At the next roundabout bear left and continue further down Hamble Lane,
over the railway hump-backed bridge and past the police headquarters.

Follow the road round to the left, past the Harrier pub on the left,
with the 'Red Arrows' Gnat aeroplane and shops on your right.

Turn right into Ensign Way (signposted Ensign Way
Business Park) by Jayhard's warehouse.

Follow the road down and Mitchell Point can be found
a few hundred yards down on the left.
